I grew up reading all sort of X-Men related titles and one of my favorites was Generation-X (at least until the quality of the stories went downhill). I remember that I wanted to create my own superhero comic back then, but alas that never happened.

Here's Matthew (or Ian) tho...

Don't give up, no one ever should give up, you can still make your own Superhero comic, it's never too late (except if you are 60 years old), make a Superhero (A Good One) and offer it to a comic company that is lacking such subjects (ex Dark Horse), and show it to them, if it was good, they'll surely accept, if bad, well, good luck.

I can give tips to make this character better if you wan't, you only need to ask, we could discuss it together, seeing you giving up just made me wan't to cry but no you will never give up and make your very own comic-ish.

I will help you, trust me, All you have to do is ask.

Note: I see you already got some skills making comics, you could do a self published comic, but that's really costy, I will give you a tip, how about you make a sample comic of your character to show it off to a real publisher, like any comic book company, I'm not really good with art but I'm not giving up, see you didn't give up on drawing and that's what you got, Pro-like skills, atleast you can draw your characters, I need to practice more.

Thanks for the tips. ^^ I'm glad that you're not giving up. Just keep on drawing, practicing and believe me - it will pay off. You will definitely improve.

By the way, I know this is a completely different subject... but are you looking forward to the new Assassin's Creed that's coming out in October? I noticed that you'd posted a picture of your Assassin's Creed OC. The AC series is one of my favorite game franchises. I've played almost every game, except Assassin's Creed Liberation (the one with Avaline) since I don't own a PS Vita.

Yeah, I'm truly a Die Hard Assassin's Creed fan, I even Pre-Ordered Assassin's Creed: Unity, i think Arno is really an interesting Assassin, plus the new Create-An-Assassin Co-op Multiplayer Mode will be more than just perfect, It won't take much time, the game is going  to be released soon, yeah there is also more than 400 item in each customization category, which means everyone will have his own Assassin, I always loved when a game have the (Create-A-Character) feature, I love creation, so yeah my answer is that I'm pretty excited for the game, very, very, very excited.

That's a nice character design. Makes me want to know more about the character.

His arms are so thin dude better fix it up in next drawings.. That's wrong, otherwise it's amazing... You gave me inspiration to draw similar boots for my superhero. Good job!!

You're absolutely right. Not only that, but his hand (the one with the glove) is bend at a weird angle. I was actually really proud of this drawing when I drew it back in 2007... and it was only after I posted it that I started to notice the flaws in it. XD
